HOUSTON Rockets rookie Reed Sheppard has emerged as one of the stars of the NBA Summer League.
The NBA sharpshooter has had the support of his girlfriend, Brailey Dizney, during his rapid rise on the court.
Brailey made a name for herself after appearing at the NBA Draft, where Reed was selected No. 3 overall by the Rockets.
Their relationship began when they were at separate high schools in Kentucky.
Reed attended North Laurel High School, while Brailey went to nearby South Laurel.
They have been dating since October 2020 – and Instagram official since December 2021.
She has posted several photos of their blossoming relationship on social media ever since.
Brailey posted a sweet birthday greeting to Reed in June 2022.
“Reed day!! But I celebrate him everyday:)” she wrote.
“Happy birthday to my superstar.”
Brailey has been Reed’s biggest supporter since his phenomenal rise at Kentucky, where she also attended.
And she has not been afraid to call out his “haters”.
“Watching your dreams come true has been so cool,” she wrote in another post.
“You’re incredible no doubt about it. All of the hateful words in the world could never discredit your hard work or break your humble spirit.
“Reed says may his haters live long to see his success but I say they need punched in the face (working on that) you deserve the world.”
Last April, Brailey posted some glamorous photos of their senior prom.
She wore a red dress, while Reed sported a black tuxedo and a red bow tie.
Brailey also went viral after wearing a blue bikini for July 4, 2023.
“Miss Americana,” she wrote of the snap.
“Ur so pretty bray,” one fan commented.
“Americana Beauty!” another added.
The couple celebrated their third anniversary last October.
She jokingly wrote in a picture of the couple: “3 years later and you’re still on my nerves.”
In May, the pair visited the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs.
Brailey wore a stunning yellow dress with a bright floral hat.
“I cannot even get over the level of perfection all of this is!” one fan wrote.
“You’re the prettiest ever,” another fan said.
After Reed was selected by the Rockets in the NBA Draft, Brailey gave a glimpse into their celebrations.
